At Axent Essentials, every product is printed on demand to maintain quality and reduce excess production. Please read the following shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
• Since our products are printed on demand, production typically takes 3–5 working days.
• Orders are dispatched once production is completed and quality checked.
Shipping Charges
• A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all Axent Essentials orders at checkout.
Delivery Timeline
• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier operations, regional conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Tracking Information
• Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been shipped.
• Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates provided by the courier partner.
Delivery Responsibility
• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate.
• Axent Essentials is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
• In case of customer unavailability at the time of delivery, reattempts will depend on the courier partner’s policy.
Delays & External Factors
• While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our direct control.
Return & Re-Shipping Policy
If the return is due to an error from Axent Essentials (incorrect product, damaged item, or dispatch mistake), you may self-ship the product to our return address and share the courier receipt with us.
The return shipping cost will be reimbursed after verification. Additionally, no re-shipping charge will be applied for sending the correct product.
However, if the return or exchange request is due to a customer-side error (incorrect size selected, wrong address provided, or change of preference), the return shipping must be managed by the customer at their own expense.
An additional re-shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to dispatch the exchanged product.
Note:
All return or exchange requests must be raised using the registered email ID used while placing the order. Requests sent from a different email address may be declined at our discretion, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
