How to Place Your Order
A Note to Our Customers
We are currently refining our payment system to improve the ordering experience.
While this update is in progress, please follow the manual ordering process outlined below.
STEP 1: Contact Us
To place your order:

· Or Email us at: store@axentrecordings.com
Please provide the following details:
· The item(s) and size(s) you wish to order.
· Your full name and complete shipping address (including PIN code).
· Your email address (for official communication regarding your order and invoice).
· Your mobile number (for delivery coordination with our courier partner).
STEP 2: Order Summary & Payment Details
We will confirm product availability and provide the final order total (product cost + shipping).
After confirmation, we’ll share the payment details for UPI or Bank Transfer.
STEP 3: Payment
Complete the payment via UPI or Bank Transfer using the details provided.
STEP 4: Invoice & Order Confirmation
Once your order is processed, you will receive an official invoice via email confirming your order.
This will include your Invoice ID and Order ID.
STEP 5: Order Processing & Shipping
Your order will be packed and dispatched once processing is completed. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
Please Note:
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not allowed.
In case of a size issue, a replacement may be approved as per our Size Exchange Policy
Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances and will be considered in exceptional cases as outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy.
