Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs all merchandise orders placed through Axent Essentials. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
1.1 All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
1.2 As products are printed on demand or produced in limited batches, production may take 3 to 5 working days.
1.3 Orders are dispatched only after internal quality verification.
1.4 Order processing timelines are estimates and shall not constitute a delivery guarantee.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
2.1 A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable except where Axent is solely responsible for a confirmed dispatch error.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINES
3.1 Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 7 working days depending on delivery location.
3.2 Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, regional restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, logistical constraints, or other external factors beyond Axent’s control.
3.3 Axent does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
4.1 Tracking details will be shared via the registered email address once the order is shipped.
4.2 Customers are solely responsible for monitoring tracking updates provided by the courier partner.
4.3 Axent shall not be liable for failure to monitor shipment status.
5. ADDRESS AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
5.2 Axent shall not be liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading address information provided by the customer.
5.3 In the event of customer unavailability at the time of delivery, reattempts shall be subject to courier partner policy.
5.4 If a parcel is returned due to customer-side error, re-shipping charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.
6. RISK OF LOSS
6.1 Risk of loss and ownership of merchandise transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the courier partner.
6.2 Axent shall not be responsible for loss, delay, or damage occurring after dispatch unless officially declared lost by the courier with written confirmation.
6.3 Claims of non-delivery despite confirmed courier delivery status shall not be entertained without official investigation findings.
7. DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Axent shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or courier network interruptions.
7.2 Such events shall not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation unless explicitly approved by Axent.
8. RETURN AND RE-SHIPPING
8.1 If return is required due to a verified Axent dispatch error, the customer may be instructed to self-ship the product and provide courier proof.
8.2 Return shipping cost reimbursement shall occur only after internal verification.
8.3 If the return or exchange arises from customer-side error, including incorrect size selection or address entry, all return and re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
8.4 An additional re-shipping charge of ₹100 shall apply for exchange dispatches unless otherwise approved.
9. CLAIM SUBMISSION
9.1 All shipping-related concerns must be raised from the registered email ID used at checkout.
9.2 Claims submitted through unofficial channels, social media, or unregistered email addresses shall not be processed.
9.3 Shipping-related claims must comply with the Returns and Refunds Policy, including mandatory documentation and timelines.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axent’s liability for any shipping-related issue shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.
10.2 Axent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delivery delays or courier actions.
11. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
11.1 Axent reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
11.2 The version in effect at the time of order placement shall govern the transaction.
